Definitely! when you register you set your own user/password. Whois information is available or you can opt to privatise your whois information that is your choice. 
If you forget your user/pass it can be emailed to you. If you change your email address and forget to update your registration we can reset it for you.
By default we lock the domains, however you can unlock them in your control panel. 
We are authorized OpenSRS resellers.
