You don’t need to agree completely, facts are facts, usability is the ability for a site to be useable.. basically can real people come to a site and find what they’re looking for. Without it your conversion rates will be horrible..
The SEO angle that’s missed is that creating a usable website means that search engines can also find what they are looking for easily! Semantic layout… another topic for another day maybe lol..
